Payment options

We have our own payment condition because we are not a Bovag rental company.

Start: To calculate a price and/or request a reservation/option, start with the desired object with the button “calculate your price”. After that, you can choose from the following options;

1. Via the button “place a booking” you can place a booking directly. This allows you to quickly and easily reserve your caravan or motorhome 24 hours a day. After a deposit (at least 25% of the rent, with a minimum of 1000 euros) or the entire payment, the camper is booked directly for you. You will then receive the invoice by e-mail within a few days. The remainder can be transferred 6 weeks before departure.

2. Via the button “Place an option” you can place an option so that the camper is reserved for 48 hours. You then have the opportunity to consult or discuss. The cancellation option is free of charge. You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after placing the option. If you want to make the option final, you can pay via the link in the confirmation e-mail (25% of the rent with a minimum of 1000 euros) or pay the full amount. Once payment has been received and processed in the system, the item is definitively booked for you and you can no longer cancel free of charge. If you need a little more time, please feel free to contact us. If you opt for a deposit, you will receive a reminder from us 7 weeks before departure to transfer the remaining amount. If you place the booking less than 7 weeks before departure, you must make the payment of the remaining amount as soon as possible.

3. Via the button “Request a quote” you will immediately receive an automatically drawn up quotation by e-mail. If you agree with the offer, please choose option 1 or 2 above, so that you are sure of your holiday reservation.

4. Special payment arrangement. At your request, we can draw up a special payment term for you. Please contact us at info@haffkamp.eu. In your e-mail you can ask us for a proposal to pay in different installments. The rent and deposit must be paid in full at all times before departure. We strive to answer your proposal within 24 hours on working days (Tuesday to Saturday). Do not take any risks and feel free to place an option on the desired object via the website. You can do this via the ‘place an option’ button, with which you place an option for 48 hours. Please place the desired payment term in the ‘comments’ when booking.
